With 19 years of experience in public accounting, Kaysha Schmitt brings plenty of expertise to the table—but what she enjoys most is getting to know the people behind the numbers. As the owner of Balance Tax & Accounting, she takes a personal, relationship-focused approach, helping individuals and small business owners feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their financial decisions. When she’s not working with clients, Kaysha enjoys traveling, reading a good book and spending time with her husband and two boys.
